Cuisine: Modern Australian w/ Asian influence
Service: Very good – a couple of times I was looking over my shoulder for someone to refill water but otherwise no problems.
Food: Brilliant. Just sensational. Might be the best fine dining food I’ve had in Sydney. Blew away Aria (which was still very good) where I’d been a couple of weekends before. Better than the dishes I had at Quay a few months ago as well.
Value: It’s right at the top end of the pricing scale – it was worth it but I won’t be going back as soon as I’d like.
Glassware: Excellent
Wine list: Extensive and mostly expensive.
